The World Can Wait

No alarms, no lines to meet,
Just morning sun and sand-worn feet.
The calendar forgets my name,
And nothing urgent calls or claims.

I sip the sky, I walk the breeze,
My shoulders drop, my thoughts unfreeze.
The world can wait—just for a while,
I’m busy finding back my smile.
